Our goal is very straight forward - walking side-by-side with visionary and missional leaders to transform their ministries and operations into growing, sustainable, and yes, THRIVING organizations. In ministry, structures and systems are important but only when built on Biblical Worldview, Kingdom of God principles, God’s Call on the leader’s life and what might the Holy Spirit be saying in this season.
Our focus is about catalytic thinking, developing visionary leaders, discovering missing pieces to the puzzle, and then building game changing ministry strategies. Our motto is "See a need, seek a solution, then see it through." We want to help you develop a God given, Spirit led strategic plan, increased ministry impact, with improved sustainable operations. Accomplishing the mission and fulfilling the vision is what Catalytic Leaders do. They are proven.
For over 30 years Mike's leadership experience has been in the civic, for profit and non-profit sectors of society. He has served executive roles in global mission, local church, education, technology, community service organizations, and business coaching.
Never one to stop or slow down, he has started five businesses while also earning four degrees in Theology, Organizational Management, an MBA in International Development/NGO Management, and a Ph.D. in Missiology with emphasis on Global Leadership Structures. Time with family is also critical to him, therefore modeling and building into business planning and scheduling personal time to engage and support four grown married children and six grandchildren. Thriving ministry success coupled with a purposeful personal life go hand in hand.
